DMCA / Copyright Policy

Last updated October 2026

TrackAndList.com ("TrackAndList," "we," "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in content uploaded by our users, consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). See also our Terms of Service.

Submitting a takedown notice

If you believe content on TrackAndList infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated contact below that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and where to find it on the site (e.g. a link, card ID, or username).
  • Your contact information -- name, address, phone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you're the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Send notices to support@trackandlist.com. A notice missing any of the above may be delayed until it's complete.

What happens next

We review valid notices and, where warranted, remove or disable access to the identified content. We'll let the user who uploaded it know, including a copy of the notice.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed, and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any district where TrackAndList may be found) and will accept service from the person who filed the original notice.

Unless the original claimant files a lawsuit and tells us, we may restore the content within the time the law allows.

Repeat infringers

An account repeatedly subject to valid infringement notices may be suspended or terminated -- see Terms of Service.

False claims

Knowingly submitting a false or misleading notice or counter-notice can make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Changes to this policy

As TrackAndList grows, this policy will be updated as needed. We'll update the date at the top of this page when that happens.
