Terms of Service

Last updated October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TrackAndList.com ("TrackAndList," "we," "us"), a collectibles inventory tracker built and run by a solo developer. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. See also our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it's used.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when you register, and keep your login credentials confidential.
  • You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use TrackAndList.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Profile, or by emailing us -- see the Privacy Policy for how that works.

Your content

You keep ownership of the card details, photos, and other information you add to your inventory ("your content"). By uploading it, you give us the limited permission needed to store it, display it back to you, and -- only where you explicitly use a feature that requires it (like "Auto-identify" or listing a card on eBay) -- send it to the third-party service that feature depends on. We don't use your content to train our own AI/ML models, and we don't sell it.

You're responsible for what you upload. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark. If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, see our DMCA / Copyright Policy.

The "Auto-identify" feature

Auto-identify uses third-party image-recognition and OCR services to suggest card details from a photo. It's a convenience, not a guarantee -- it can misread or misidentify a card, including its grade, authenticity, or value. Always double-check anything it fills in before you rely on it, especially before listing or selling a card based on it.

Listing on eBay

If you connect your own eBay seller account, TrackAndList uses eBay's APIs on your behalf to help you create and manage listings. The resulting listing, sale, and any dispute about it is between you, your buyer, and eBay, under eBay's own terms and policies -- TrackAndList is not a party to that transaction and isn't responsible for how it turns out. You're responsible for making sure anything you list is accurately described and lawful to sell.

Subscriptions and donations

Paid subscriptions and donations are processed by Stripe (see the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled). A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it from the Donate page's billing portal; cancelling stops future renewals but leaves your current paid period active. Any subscription charge or donation can be refunded in full within 7 days -- see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the details. We may change subscription pricing or what a plan includes going forward; we won't change what you've already paid for in a billing period that's already started.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the site for anything illegal, try to gain unauthorized access to it or another user's account, scrape or bulk-extract data from it, abuse the Auto-identify or eBay-listing features, or impersonate or harass anyone. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list and how we enforce it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the site, or put other users or the service at risk. Where practical we'll try to warn you first, but we may act immediately for serious or repeated violations. You can stop using TrackAndList and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

TrackAndList is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any card value, identification, or grading estimate it shows you is accurate. It's a tool to help you organize your own collection, not professional appraisal, grading, or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TrackAndList and its developer aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site -- including loss of data, lost sales, or losses from a listing, sale, or card valuation/identification that turned out to be wrong. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

As TrackAndList grows, these Terms will be updated to reflect new features. We'll update the date at the top of this page when that happens, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
